Keeping a healthy diet

-->Keeping a healthy diet is very important for people of all ages,from a child to an elderly. For example, people tend to misunderstood certain factor that allow you to lose weight such as unhealthy fasting. This form of "losing weight" not only does not help you lose weight, it aslo harms your body. This is why you should keep a healthy diet by practice eating and drinking healthly by consuming more vegetable and lesser fried food.

-->Instead of blindly following common believes on how to lose weight, set up a proper diet plan and intake more nutrients and reduce the amount of fast foods and soft drinks you consume. Having fruits is also a must in order to balance the diet along with your cabohydrates, protein, etc.

why you should eat healthly

-->The reason why you should eat healthly is because there are higher probability that you would fall ill and worse case senario might not be pleasant to mention. There are a lot of health related problems such as diabetes which is the most common one nowadays and people all suffer from it due to eating too much sugary food and drinks.

-->Eating healthly not just reduce risk of illness, it also helps you grow a stronger body which is very important for childrens and the elderlies who's bodies require extra care to prevent themselves from getting injured. Thus, eating healthly is a must for everyone as no one wants to suffer, am i right?

Healthy food and food that you should avoid

-->Healthy food are food that are beneficial to you in a lot of ways. For example, Asparagus is a very popular vegetable as it is low in both carbs and calories, and loaded with vitamin K. For meat, salmon is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin B12 in addition to selenium and choline. All of the above are linked to improving brain function, cognition, and neurological health. Chicken breast is also good as it is low in fat and calories,and extremely high in potein.

-->Fruits such as blueberry are one of the most powerful sources of antioxidants in the world. Avocado is also good as they are loaded with healthy fats instead of carbs. They are creamy, tasty and high in fiber, potassium and vitamin C. I recommend mixing this healthy food together to a good and balance diet!

-->When it comes to unhealthy food, try not to intake too much fried food and sugary drinks such as fried chicken and coke. Once in awhile is fine to consume such food as long as you don't over do it. Fried chicken is very oily and fatty which is very bad for your health as this oil can clog your blood vessel resulting in serious consequences such as heart attack. Sugary drinks will also cause diabetes which in worse case would result in amputating of limps. Thus, avoid frequent consumption of such foods.
